Provisioning 05 · list prices, billed annually

You are buying work, not chairs.

A seat licence prices the person sitting in front of the software. That is the wrong unit for something that works while nobody is sitting there. Ninja bills the work: credits on the shared tiers, capacity on your own.

List prices

Free and Pro are self-serve and start in the console. Business is self-serve with an administrator. Enterprise is quoted, because a deployment inside your own cloud is priced on capacity rather than on people.

Prices are the published monthly rates when billed for the year. Model rosters move as new models ship. A quoted deployment depends on where it runs and how much capacity you want standing.

T+00:26How a credit works

A credit is a
unit of work
done.

Not a message, not a seat, not a month. A short question costs almost nothing. A three-day migration costs what three days of machine work costs.

Which is the honest way round: the bill follows the job you gave it, and a team that hands over more work pays more than a team that hands over less.

UnitWhat it prices
SeatA person who might use it
MessageHow chatty the interface is
ActionHow many steps the vendor chose
CreditThe work the run actually did
MachineCapacity standing by, unmetered

the same product.

Nothing about the free tier is a demonstration mode. It runs the same way, on a smaller allowance.
